The council is the most important decision-making body in a city and is generally responsible for all municipal matters, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
The members of the Council are elected by the citizens by universal, free, equal and secret ballot for a term of five years.
The meeting will take place in the council chamber of the town hall, Peter-Plümpe-Platz 12, 47623 Kevelaer, and is open to the public with a few exceptions. Members of the public are welcome to attend!
