In April 2025, the municipal care advice service of the district of Kleve is offering five consultation hours in the municipalities belonging to the district. The service is aimed at people who need advice and/or their relatives. Topics of discussion may include care insurance benefits, preparation for an assessment to determine a care degree and the financing of home or inpatient care.
On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, the municipal care advice service of the Kleve district will be visiting Wachtendonk. From 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., the team will be available to answer questions in the town hall, Weinstraße 1.
In the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer, care advice will be offered on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The team will be available for discussions from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. in the town hall, Peter-Plümpe-Platz 12.
The consultation will take place at Issum Town Hall, Herrlichkeit 7-9, on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
In Kranenburg, the municipal care advice service of the district of Kleve is offering care advice on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. These will take place in the town hall, Klever Str. 4.
The municipal care advice service will be offering advice at the town hall in Emmerich am Rhein, Geistmarkt 1, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The advisory team will be available to interested citizens from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
The advisory service is also aimed at interested parties from the surrounding municipalities.

In the online portal of the Kleve district's municipal care advice service at https://pflege.kreis-kleve.de, those affected and their relatives can find lots of information on help and support services. Future consultation appointments in the local communities are listed there. The district of Kleve also offers digital counseling via video call. This option offers flexibility in terms of time and location for the consultation.
