Purpose of data processing

The purpose of data processing is the creation of the information brochure "Was geht? - Here you can find your club in Kevelaer". Your personal data to be processed in this context is earmarked, i.e. it will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected.

Main legal basis

Insofar as personal data is collected(e.g. name, address or e-mail address), this is done on the basis of your consent. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR in conjunction with. § Section 18 of the NRW E-Government Act. By confirming the data protection declaration, you give the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer your consent to the necessary processing of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes.

Recipients and categories of recipients of the data

Your data will only be processed within the framework of data protection law or passed on to the NRW Participation Portal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Municipal Affairs, Building and Digitalization of the State of NRW, Jürgensplatz 1, 40129 Düsseldorf as part of commissioned data processing. The personal data collected from you will not be transferred to third countries.

Duration of storage and retention periods

Your personal data collected as part of this process will be stored for the period necessary for the lawful fulfillment of the tasks. Thereafter, this data will be stored for a further 5 years due to further archiving requirements. After this period has expired, the personal data will be irretrievably deleted unless longer storage is required for special reasons.

Rights of the data subject

Your rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data transfer and objection regarding the personal data collected are expressly pointed out at this point. The legal basis for this is Articles 15 to 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Sections 49 and 50 of the NRW State Data Protection Act.
