More favorable conditions for households thanks to lower procurement costs

From January 1, 2025, the working price will be reduced by 2.50 cents/kWh net, despite the increase in grid fees prescribed by the Federal Network Agency. The new gross working price will then be 36.89 cents/kWh (31.00 cents/kWh net). At the same time, the annual basic price will rise by 6 euros net to 149.94 euros gross (126.00 euros net). Nevertheless, customers benefit: A four-person household with an average annual consumption of 4,000 kWh can look forward to monthly savings of around 10 euros.
